This is the Arnott’s Tim Tam Crafted Collection Kensington Pride Mango & Cream. It uses the succulent Kensington Pride mangoes produced during the long, sunny days of Australia’s tropical regions.

Each biscuit is 7 x 3 x 1.5 cm, with the mangoes flavouring a cream that is sandwiched between two biscuits and covered in white chocolate.

These Tim Tams have a tropical aroma of fresh mangoes. Upon tasting, the initial sweetness of the white chocolate crunches through to the mango flavoured buttercream, which delivered a juicy sweetness that captured the tangy tropical notes of the fresh fruit remarkably well with a hint of savoury adding depth to the sweetness. This Tim Tam is more than the sum of its parts, with the tangy tropical notes of the mango buttercream offsetting what are otherwise overwhelming dairy notes in the white chocolate.
