Aroma opened with a fresh, ripe mango profile. Initial contact delivered immediate ripe mango, with a rich, rounded sweetness. Through the mid-palate, a tropical acidity emerged, accompanied by a faint spiced edge characteristic of fully ripened mango, comparable to Kensington Pride mango. The taffy structure supported repeated chewing, progressively releasing a more aromatic and juicy mango profile while maintaining balance. Towards the finish, the mango remained consistent, with a lingering sweet profile that retained clarity without becoming cloying.

Pineapple

Each piece presented with a rectangular form, approximately 2 × 2 × 1 cm, with an opaque yellow outer layer surrounding a white interior and a smooth, matte surface. Aroma opened with a fresh, tangy pineapple note. Initial contact delivered ripe pineapple with a tangy sweetness. Through the mid-palate, acidity intensified, creating a refreshing sharpness that reflected concentrated pineapple sugars, similar to the lower portion of the fruit. The flavour remained bright and focused, maintaining a natural fruit profile. Towards the finish, the pineapple carried through cleanly, with a lingering sweet–tart balance.

Banana

Each piece presented with a rectangular form, approximately 2.5 × 1.5 × 1 cm, with an opaque pastel yellow outer layer surrounding a white interior and a smooth, matte surface. Aroma opened with a fresh, ripe banana profile. Initial contact delivered a bold banana sweetness. Through the mid-palate, a mild acidity and light floral note developed, becoming more fragrant and creamy with continued chewing. The profile aligned closely with ripe banana, avoiding artificial tones. A faint tingling sensation was present, consistent with raw banana characteristics. Towards the finish, the banana remained soft and rounded, with a lingering mellow sweetness.
