This is the Hòa Hưng Tofu Wintermelon Tea ($3.00).

Sold as a pre-packaged drink, it contained at least 50% ice, with basil seeds floating at the top of the wintermelon tea. Consumed chilled, the drink offered a bold sweetness with a moderate wintermelon flavour. The sweetness could have been improved by allowing more of the ice to melt, but this would likely have diluted the wintermelon flavour. The basil seeds added an enjoyable texture, though they tended to stay at the top and didn’t mix well with the drink through the straw. Overall, the excessive ice and weak flavour made the drink feel somewhat incohesive, but this was reflected in its affordable price.
