This is the Teaser Pineapple Passion ($7.20, regular sugar, regular ice), which consisted of a jasmine green tea base with pineapple flesh at the bottom and passionfruit pulp floating at the top.
Consumed chilled, the drink had a very slight astringency from the jasmine green tea that is dominated by the bright tropical sweetness of pineapple juice. The chunks of (canned) pineapple add sweet intensity to the tropical flavour and texture for the first two-thirds of the drink while the tart and tangy passionfruit pulp floating at the top of the drink give the drink a more acidic finish, along with a gentle crunch from the seeds. Overall, this is a very enjoyable tea that is packed with fresh fruitiness.
