Each cracker measured 4 x 3.5 x 0.2 cm and had a strong aroma of rye. Upon tasting them solo, the crackers offered a dense yet flaky crunch, with the rye flavour taking the spotlight initially, accompanied by a noticeable sweetness. After a few bites, savoury undertones emerged, featuring a robust sun-dried tomato taste that was well-seasoned with hints of sweet and peppery basil and capsicum. While the flavours in the first half of consumption were relatively subdued, making the crackers excellent companions for dips or cheeses, the rich flavour profile in the latter half made them equally enjoyable on their own.
