This is the Cooks Confectionery Danny’s Toffee Thins Milk Chocolate Peanut with Sea Salt.
We have our favourite Cooks Confectionery Scorched Peanut Bites, so were surprised to discover after purchasing that theese were made by the same company, with the main difference being that these contained less peanut content at 23% (vs 35% in the Scorched PeanutBites).

Each ‘toffee thin’ had dimensions of approximately 2.5 x 2.5 x 0.7 cm.
The chocolate coating gave each thin an initial rich chocolate flavour that did not taste cheap. The toffee’s thinness provided a crisp crunch, with a notable buttery presence immediately evident from the first bite before melting into a rich, smooth buttery toffee that persisted through the entire bite. The peanuts were present but offered only a brief nuttiness due to their lower content, allowing the sweet toffee to dominate. The peanuts lacked the roasted depth of flavour found in scorched peanuts, tasting more like regular roasted peanuts. Overall, while these chocolate-coated peanut brittles were enjoyable, they fell short of the perfect satisfaction provided by the Cooks Confectionery Scorched Peanut Bites.

This Cooks Confectionery Danny’s Toffee Thins Milk Chocolate Peanut with Sea Salt contained 140 g. It was produced in Australia and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2024.
