The black tea base added a gentle fruitiness that heightened the berry qualities without imparting astringency or bitterness. Blackberry and strawberry pulp contributed texture and concentrated flavour, coming through easily with each sip, while the floral smoothness of the osmanthus jelly provided a pleasing contrast in texture.
Overall, a refreshing and textural fruit-forward tea, showcasing the berries with balance and lift from the lemon and jasmine base. Worth repurchasing.
