The chocolate block has a sweet chocolate aroma and gave no hint of the Jatz hidden within. Upon tasting, the Jatz give a gentle crunch, much like the biscuit itself and only a tad firmer than the chocolate itself, with light pops of salty flavour coming through as the chocolate melts that linger moreishly on the palate. Overall, the bar is very gentle — from the crunch of the biscuits to the subtlety of the saltiness — and is just interesting enough when after something more than a bar of plain chocolate.
