In the background, similar to the haskap flavour, was a subtle savoury undertone recalling electrolyte drinks, yet it was largely unobtrusive as the initial sweetness and subsequent smooth acidity of the white peach dominated the overall flavour. The peach notes lingered in the finish unlike the crisper finish of the Shine Muscat, yet it still left a clean aftertaste that matched its colourless appearance. Overall, it captured the sweet and mild acidity of white peach with finesse, making it worth repurchasing for a refreshing beverage.
