The beverage had a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, with the subtle presence of soy bean becoming noticeable in finish, followed by a clean aftertaste and a lingering light astringency. Overall, this flavoured soy milk effectively captured the fruity notes of honeydew melon with restrained sweetness, although it is not a flavour we would repurchase.
