Each piece had an opaque yellow appearance with darker orange specks, shaped into a small heart roughly 1.5 cm at its widest point. A sweet and aromatic Alphonso mango scent was immediately noticeable upon opening. On tasting, the gummy presented a firm, bouncy texture with moderate density and a clean bite. It recalled the feel of the 30% peach purée gummies from the same brand, though slightly less paste-like but still lacking soft pliability, closer to a 4 out of 5 on Meiji’s gummy firmness scale.

The flavour opened with the lush, creamy sweetness of Alphonso mango, building into a fragrant body where the lighter, floral elements of white peach became apparent. This added complexity and elegance to the overall fruit profile. The balanced integration of mango and white peach delivered a layered sweetness with a subtle underlying tartness, successfully capturing the character of the limited-time carbonated beverage released alongside it.
