This is the Hatai Ice Tank Boy Pear, a frozen dessert version of the Hatai Crushed Pear Juice.

The dessert was packaged in a plastic tube with a tear-off seal. Squeezing the tube had a dual function: it cooled one’s hands while also pushing the pear-flavoured slushy upward for consumption. When tasted, the dessert provided an initial burst of vibrant pear flavour. However, as the experience continued, the pear syrup was quickly extracted from the slushy at the opening, leaving the remaining ice blocking further upward movement. Logistical issues aside, the pear flavour was accurate and closely resembled the original juice, albeit lacking the texture of a crushed pear. This dessert offered a refreshing way to beat the summer heat.
