This Health Attack CrispyFruits Pure Mango is the last of the three fruits we tried after apple and pear. This 10 g bag is made from 1/4 of a mango that’s been peeled, sliced and freeze dried.

These mango slices have the same puffed rice aroma as the pear and apple that also came through initially on tasting. Each piece is light and crisp with the flavour of ripe mango coming through a few seconds into each bite as the slices absorb moisture. The flavour was not as intense or concentrated as freeze dried berries (or even lychee), but they are an enjoyable snack.
