The pizza filling was a well-balanced blend of tomato, cheese, and basil, with a mild lingering spice. Initially cool, the filling melted quickly on the palate. The flaky pastry and rich, cheesy filling made these snacks very satisfying, though the small quantity in each box left us wanting more.
