This is the Nissin Foods Cup Noodles Spicy Beef.

Each cup held a dried noodle cake, accompanied by dehydrated vegetables (corn, green pea, red bell pepper), dehydrated egg, beef tallow, dehydrated seaweed, and chilli bean sauce. The noodles were rehydrated by soaking them in 250 mL of hot water for 3 minutes.

The noodles emitted an aroma reminiscent of beef stock cubes upon opening the package. After rehydrating them with boiling water up to the designated line inside the cup for 3 minutes, the soup base took on an opaque brown-red hue, with a slight viscosity that coated the al dente noodles. Upon tasting, the soup base proved milder than the initial aroma suggested, offering a savoury flavor with subtle meatiness. The spiciness was barely perceptible, registering only as a mild warmth. Notably, the few pieces of beef tallow provided the most prominent source of beef flavour, retaining an enjoyable texture and authentic beef taste. Overall, these noodles were suitable for a quick and unassuming meal, but considering the variety of more flavorful beef-flavoured instant noodles available, they would not be our top choice for repurchasing.
