This Creative Chef Delicat Creations Chocolate & Blood Orange follows on from the dessert-in-a-cup chocolate salted caramel.

This one has a blood orange base, a layer of cookie crumble and topped with layers of milk chocolate and dark chocolate mousses.

This dessert has a gentle chocolate aroma with prominent notes of orange. Upon tasting the layers, a choc-orange flavour came through initially with a smooth and creamy texture before the sweeter and bolder flavours of the blood orange become distinguishable towards the finish. The biscuit crumble provides some textural relief from the mousses, but while we enjoy this one more than the chocolate salted caramel flavour, this dessert still lacked interest for us to return.
