This is the Soursop Fresh ($8.80, fixed sweetness, fixed ice) from Bengong’s Tea & Bakery, featuring pieces of soursop served in jasmine tea.

When consumed chilled, the jasmine tea base complemented the soursop with its dewy floral notes, light toasted undertones, and a subtle, non-intrusive astringency. The pieces of soursop delivered the fruit’s characteristic sweet strawberry-apple flavours, accented by tart, citrusy hints. Some pieces had the soft, banana-like texture typical of soursop, along with fibres that released more intense flavour when chewed. However, a few pieces were quite large, making them difficult to drink through the straw. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the unique pairing of soursop and jasmine in a bubble tea, but were disappointed that more than half the bottle was filled with ice. This not only made it poor value for money but also cumbersome to enjoy the soursop pieces at the bottom.
