This Starbucks White Chocolate Macadamia Latte ($6.00.75, tall, no ice, no whipped cream) was featured on their menu in late autumn going into winter in 2022. It consisted of espresso with white chocolate and macadamia syrups and topped (if requested) with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.

The coffee was an opaque light tan colour with a sweet and nutty aroma. Consumed chilled, the beverage was full-bodied with a creamy and indulgent mouthfeel. The combination of the white chocolate and macadamia syrups delivered a sweet and nutty flavour at the head of each sip that developed with an almost overwhelming sweetness into the body which was somewhat restrained by the toasted and slightly bitter notes of the espresso. The use of white chocolate allowed the nuttiness of the macadamia to shine but amplified the sweetness in contrast to the bitter notes of cocoa.
