This is the Koikeya The Sozai no Gochisō Potato.

It consisted of thick cut (1-1.5 mm), slow and kettle-cooked chips seasoned with salt and sesame oil.

Upon tasting, the delicate dusting of fine salt on these chips provided an initial subtle savoury quality. Soon after, the notes of sesame oil began to surface in the body of the chip, introducing an aromatic depth and a warm nutty undertone.
