The beverage had an opaque khaki hue. When consumed chilled, it began with a creamy soybean flavour, followed by gradually emerging matcha notes from mid-sip. However, the lack of sweetness accentuated the green, grassy undertones in both the matcha and soybean milk, creating a flavour that was neither entirely pleasant nor refreshing. From mid-sip, a steadily increasing astringency developed, persisting into the finish and lingering in the aftertaste.

While the rich, creamy mouthfeel was enjoyable, the overall flavour profile and pronounced astringency made this a drink we would not repurchase.
