This is the Teaser Watermelon Teaser ($7.20, regular ice, regular sweetness). The drink was a watermelon flavoured jasmine green tea with the regular amount of ice required to achieve its signature colour gradient as it keeps the watermelon flesh floating atop the sweetened green tea below.

Consumed chilled, the dewy floral notes of the jasmine green tea came through with a mellow sweetness. On stirring the watermelon flesh into the tea, the drink takes on a rich red colour with the sweetness deepening as the watermelon came through with a natural flavour with none of the artificiality of syrup and retaining the jasmine notes in the background. The drink is very refreshing with a surprisingly balanced sweetness and natural flavour for such an aesthetically pleasing drink.
