This is the Mont Blanc from Sneaker Laundry LAB ($8.00), made with single origin cold brew, demerara sugar, orange, and vanilla cold foam.

The drink presented an opaque dark brown hue topped with a layer of off-white foam.  It opened with bright, sweet orange notes layered over a lightly roasted coffee base. The acidity was clean and energetic, drawing out the coffee’s inherent fruitiness without tipping into bitterness or harshness. As the vanilla cold foam gradually integrated, it introduced a gentle sweetness and a rounder, creamier mouthfeel that softened the edges of the brew.

Overall, a refreshing and well-balanced cold brew with expressive citrus lift and smooth vanilla cream, though finishing slightly more acidic than preferred.
