The green tea, described as “invigorating,” delivered an intense bitterness and notable astringency that was overwhelming—even for someone accustomed to unsweetened coffee. The lemon presence was detectable but aligned with the “no fruit juice” claim, presenting as a lemon oil aroma without the zesty tartness typically associated with fresh lemon juice.

The product claims to include GABA, an ingredient reportedly effective in reducing stress, fatigue, and similar symptoms. However, if its intended benefits did not alleviate stress, the tea’s harsh bitterness might inadvertently serve as a distraction.
