The Nespresso Livanto is a medium roasted blend of Central and South American Arabicas.

With an intensity of 6 out 12, Livanto comes in a bronze pod.

The coffee is a translucent deep black-brown colour with a freshly toasted and caramelised aroma. Made as a long black with a 1 to 1 water:espresso ratio, malted notes emerge briefly ahead of gentle fruity notes at the start of the body. Pleasant caramelised notes emerge by the end of the body to balance the fruity acidity, leaving a caramelised fruity flavour lingering in the aftertaste.
Livanto is well balanced, allowing one to appreciate the roundness of flavour that can be brought by some acidity. It’s similar to the Nespresso Arpeggio but with a more malted and caramelised profile than the slightly bitter cocoa and cereal notes of the latter, and the Nespresso Rosabaya de Colombia would be a better choice for those who prefer more acidity.
This Nespresso Livanto contained 10 x 5.3 g capsules. It was produced in Switzerland and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2017.
