This Nestlé KitKat Mint Cream & Cookie Smash is another inspired by the KitKat Chocolatory. It featured wafer fingers topped with mint cream and cookie filling, enrobed in dark chocolate.
The mint was evident from the first bite with a bright flavour before a savoury note from the wafer came through that, together with the mint, balances the sweetness of the dark chocolate, which lingered long on the palate. Overall, it recalled a more delicious Mint Slice by Arnott’s with the cookie smash and the wafer adding an addictive crunch and crisp texture to the creamy smoothness of the mint and chocolate.
