Apple crumble components were placed directly onto a standard pizza base, with caramel sauce, diced apple and biscuit crumble, with optional vanilla ice cream. The result aligned closely with expectation. The savoury base provided contrast against the sweetness of the caramel, while the apple pieces retained a slight firmness rather than collapsing into softness. The crumble added a dry, crisp texture without the raw flour note often found in pre-made versions. Absence of cinnamon kept the flavour profile simpler. Vanilla ice cream added temperature contrast and additional sweetness. Overall, a direct translation of a dessert format onto a pizza base that held together due to contrast between savoury dough and sweet topping.

Hot Chilli and Buffalo Chicken Wings
Wings were pre-coated in sauce within the box. By the time of consumption, the skin had softened, losing any crispness. Both flavours shared a similar base, with Hot Chilli presenting a sharper acidity and Buffalo leaning slightly richer with garlic notes.

SpongeBob “Chillapineappleno” Pizza
A tomato-based pizza finished with a bright yellow drizzle combining pineapple, sweet chilli and jalapeño.
Despite its appearance, the sauce leaned more savoury than sweet, with garlic and cheese notes leading. Pineapple sat as a background acidity rather than a dominant flavour, and heat remained mild. The drizzle integrated reasonably well with standard toppings without overwhelming them.

Hawaiian Schnitzza
A chicken schnitzel used as the base, topped with ham, pineapple, marinara and mozzarella. Once assembled, the toppings dominated to the point where the schnitzel base was difficult to distinguish. Texture resembled a softened pizza base rather than a crisp crumbed cutlet, particularly under the sauce. Only the exposed edges retained any identifiable structure. The concept suggested contrast between crumb and topping, but this was largely lost in execution.
