The beverage was a translucent pale yellow colour with a sweet grapefruit nose and moderate carbonation. Served chilled, sweet notes of yellow grapefruit came through initially with the zesty sourness building in intensity mid sip ahead of a brief bittersweet finish before returning to a sweet citrus aftertaste. Overall, the beverage was aromatic and refreshing, with a depth of flavour that tastes just like juice from a freshly squeezed grapefruit.
