These Smith’s Pizza Hut BBQ Meatlovers are the second of three featuring flavours inspired by Pizza Hut pizzas after the garlic bread we tried earlier.
The chips have a rich aroma of BBQ sauce with a meaty background much like a regular BBQ Meatlovers pizza. The meaty flavour, though, is confined to the aroma. Upon tasting, the chips have only the tangy, sweet and savoury flavour of regular BBQ flavoured chips with any meaty hints overwhelmed by the flavour of potato once the BBQ flavour recedes in the body. That said, it’s a tasty BBQ flavour and easy to enjoy.
