The juice is an opaque purple red colour with a sweet pomegranate and pear aroma. Served chilled, the acidity and sweetness of both the pomegranate and blueberry complement each other with the tartness of the former having an edge in the head of each sip before the sweetness of the pear emerged in the body and the distinct berry notes of the blueberries emerge towards the end of the body and linger into the finish. The pear juice forms the sweet base for this juice but carries the distinct flavours of the pomegranate and blueberry well.
