This is the Enshūya Ebi Senbei Ebi Wakame.

The crackers varied in size, approximately 4-5 cm in diameter, and were adorned with specks of shrimp and a dark green hue from wakame. While bearing a faint oil aroma, they didn’t feel oily to the touch or upon consumption. Upon biting into them, a distinct and satisfying snap was evident. However, the lack of salt on the surface translated into a somewhat reserved initial flavour. Nevertheless, as the cracker was chewed, the grilled undertones of wakame unfolded, introducing a subtle yet appreciable savouriness. This flavour profile deepened mid-bite, with the shrimp’s oceanic flavour taking centre stage towards the conclusion. All in all, these rice crackers proved to be delectable, leaving us with a desire to repurchase without hesitation.
