This is the Bibigo Seaweed Chip Brown Rice.
The chips consisted of a brown rice cracker with seaweed covering one side. Most chips were around 3 x 4 cm in size and 1.5-2mm in thickness.
The chips had a lightly fried aroma with subtle hints of seaweed. Upon tasting, the chips were thin, light, and crisp, while the seaweed side crumbled cleanly, just like the rice cracker side. The brown rice contributed a delightful nuttiness to the chips, reminiscent of Japanese senbei, albeit significantly thinner. It complemented this nuttiness with a deep, savoury umami flavour in contrast to the prevalent sweetness of Korean snacks. Overall, the flavour and texture of these chips were immensely satisfying, making them worth repurchasing.
