This is the Olina’s Bakehouse Artisan Cookies Triple Chocolate. They contained 12.5% dark chocolate chips, 12.5% white chocolate chips, and 2% Cocoa Powder.

Each cookie measured approximately 7 cm in diameter with a thickness of around 0.5 cm. Upon tasting, the cookies revealed an audibly crisp texture, accompanied by a compact and solid crumb structure. The infusion of chocolate flavour cake from various sources: the cookie base itself and the inclusion of milk chocolate and white chocolate chips. However, the inherent cookie lacked a pronounced chocolate flavour profile, being predominantly a blend of butter and sugar with subtle cocoa undertones. The choc chips introduced a nuanced coolness upon contact with the palate, gradually yielding to a rich chocolate taste. However, discerning between the milk and white chocolate chips within a single bite presented a challenge. A more optimal balance could have been achieved by either increasing the cocoa content in the cookie to counterbalance the sweetness of the chocolate chips or utilizing even darker chocolate chips to create a contrast with the cookie base. Overall, we found the chocolate chip and dark choc coffee flavours to be preferable.
