This is the Tarami Dossari Cherry and White Peach. It consisted of white peach flesh (from Shenzhou, Hebei Province, China) in jelly flavoured using juice from Sato Nishiki cherries.
The jelly was a translucent light red-orange hue, accompanied by a sweet and slightly sharp aroma of Sato Nishiki cherries. Bite-sized cubes of white peach flesh were evenly dispersed throughout.
Upon tasting, the cherry flavour emerged vibrantly from the first bite, starting with a gentle sweetness that developed into the characteristic slight fragrant sharpness of Sato Nishiki cherries mid-bite. The white peaches introduced a crunchy texture that absorbed some of the cherry flavour, while their underlying floral quality complemented the cherry taste. Overall, the combination of cherry with the crisp texture of peach resulted in a highly refreshing and incredibly delicious jelly, worthy of repurchase.
