This is the Koikeya Koi Jaga Anchovy Olive, featuring fried discs made from compressed thin strips of potato, seasoned with an anchovy and olive sauce.

The cracker had a savoury fried potato aroma. Despite being fried, the discs were not greasy and provided an incredibly crispy, dense crunch from the first to the last bite. The seasoning delivered a rich umami savouriness with a hint of mild sweetness, reminiscent of a refined spiced chicken and fish seasoning with red bell peppers, similar to Arnott’s Pizza Shapes but without the tanginess of tomato. Combined with the taste and texture of French Fries from the chip aisle, the crunchy potato and addictive seasoning made it hard to stop at just one piece. These would be a definite repurchase, especially if available in larger quantities.
