Steeping one tea bag in 200 mL of 75°C water for 90 seconds, the infusion was a cloudy golden straw colour. The infusion smells pleasantly tropical with pronounced notes of pineapple, while a vegetal flavour from the green tea came through in the head, followed quickly by a slight sharpness of grapefruit. The sweet and tropical notes of ripe pineapple emerge brightly in the body, lending a slight natural sweetness to the tea that balances the slight astringency and bitterness from the green tea and grapefruit that reemerged in the tail before lingering long in the aftertaste.
