The red guava delivered a vivid, tropical intensity—sweet, rich, and instantly recognisable with its characteristic blend of pear and strawberry notes. Green grape provided a well-judged counterpoint, contributing a balanced sweet-sour profile that layered the sweetness without amplifying the richness, as the red grapes did. The guava base was blended into a smooth slush with green tea, which remained mellow, carrying a subtle jasmine aroma that complemented the guava’s tropical brightness. The grapes were served as small, crunchy cubes—firm rather than pulpy.
This was a refreshing drink with excellent textural contrast, with the green grape version being one well worth repurchasing.
