The beverage had a translucent yellow hue with a tart pineapple aroma and gentle effervescence. When consumed chilled, the signature intense lemony flavour of C.C. Lemon emerged at the beginning of each sip, delivering a formidable tangy tartness. This was followed by mellow, sweet tropical pineapple notes that became more prominent toward the finish before the bubbles cleansed the palate, leaving a clean aftertaste.
Overall, the addition of pineapple introduced a refreshing, summer-forward twist to the base lemon flavour. However, the pineapple lacked the rich depth of golden pineapple, possibly due to the lemon’s tartness muting its sweeter notes. Nonetheless, it was a refreshing and enjoyable drink, well worth purchasing.
