This is the Nong Fu Spring Dǎ Mix Dan Cong Oolong Milk Tea, featuring a medium roasted Dan Cong oolong grown in Northern Fujian.

The beverage had an opaque beige hue with a sweet, aromatic Dan Cong oolong aroma, showcasing prominent honey and orchid notes. These signature flavours emerged immediately upon tasting, carried by a light yet creamy mouthfeel. The sweetness built gradually, with floral orchid notes intensifying towards the finish. The dairy base contributed to an incredibly smooth texture that complemented the tea without introducing dominant dairy flavours. By the finish, the dairy receded, allowing the lingering orchid notes to leave a pleasantly delicate aftertaste.
While a slightly less pronounced sweetness would have been preferable, the depth of the tea flavour in this mellow milk tea made it highly enjoyable—easily rivalling freshly prepared versions from bubble tea stores.
This Nong Fu Spring Dǎ Mix Dan Cong Oolong Milk Tea contained 300 mL. It was produced in China and received as a gift from friends in Sydney, Australia in 2024.
