This is the Nong Fu Spring Dǎ Mix Tieguanyin Milk Tea, made with slow-baked Tieguanyin oolong from Southern Fujian.

The beverage had an opaque off-white hue with a toasty, fruity aroma. Consumed chilled, the Tieguanyin oolong notes were immediately noticeable, presenting a mellow sweetness with a delicate floral quality. As the sip developed, a richer toasted sweetness emerged, reminiscent of roasted chestnuts. The texture was creamy and smooth yet light, with no astringency, bitterness, or overpowering dairy notes, leaving a clean aftertaste. While the creamy mouthfeel and fragrant Tieguanyin tea flavour were enjoyable—rivalling freshly prepared milk teas from boba shops—the sweetness was slightly too rich, making it less likely for repurchase.
This Nong Fu Spring Dǎ Mix Tieguanyin Milk Tea contained 300 mL. It was produced in China and received as a gift from friends in Sydney, Australia in 2024.
