This is the Rebisco Choco Mucho Cookie Sandwich with Thick White Chocolate Filling.
In each package, three cookies were included, each measuring 4 cm in diameter and 1.2 cm in height, emanating a sweet cocoa aroma. Upon tasting, the cocoa component provided an audible crunch when bitten into, presenting a fine crumb with a dark cocoa flavour and subtle sweetness reminiscent of the Nabisco Oreo Original. However, it lacked the satisfying crunch in denser, yet still light, texture found in YBC Co Noir Black Cocoa.
The filling, on the other hand, offered a distinct point of comparison from either of the mentioned cookies. In this case, the filling was exceptionally thick, resembling a double-stuffed Oreo, and imparted a bold white chocolate flavour with prominent milky notes. It diverged from the clearer fondant flavour present in an Oreo Original or Noir Black Cocoa. While not necessarily a negative aspect overall, we found ourselves preferring the more balanced flavour and ratio between biscuits and filling in the other two brands.
