This is the Tamar Valley Dairy The Creamery Greek Style Yoghurt Limited Edition Affogato, containing 10% affogato sauce (with 1% coffee extract).
The yoghurt featured generous swirls of affogato sauce throughout. It had the usual thick and creamy consistency typical of Tamar Valley Dairy products, while the affogato swirl provided a distinct coffee flavour, paired with a caramelised sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and a subtle acidity. The yoghurt’s natural tartness complemented the coffee’s acidity, creating a surprisingly harmonious balance. The slight bitterness from the coffee nicely offset the creaminess. While enjoyable as a limited edition, it’s not a flavour we would repurchase regularly.
