This Whittaker’s Artisan Collection Wellington Roasted Supreme Coffee was described as a blend of ‘Wellington roasted Supreme Ethiopian Sidamo coffee and […] super smooth 50% cocoa dark bittersweet chocolate’. It contained 8% Supreme coffee.
The chocolate offered a rich aroma of roasted coffee, which translated well on tasting. It began with a gentle fruity note and subtle sweetness before the rich, full-bodied roasted coffee elements took the spotlight in the latter half ahead of a creamy bittersweet dark chocolate in the finish. The flavour profile was impeccably balanced, giving due credit to both the coffee and the chocolate. This harmony highlighted the exceptional quality of the ingredients, delivering a deep and aromatic richness of flavour accompanied by a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
This Whittaker’s Artisan Collection Wellington Roasted Supreme Coffee contained 100 g. It was produced in New Zealand and received as a gift from family visiting New Zealand in 2019.
