This Häagen-Dazs Caramel Biscuit & Cream – Speculoos is the second flavour that we tried in the ice cream stick flavours after the peanut butter crunch.

Each box contained three individually sealed and labelled 80 mL ice creams.

Each ice cream is about 10 x 4 x 2 cm and consisted of ‘creamy caramel ice cream delicately paired with charming speculoos biscuits (9%) and a hint of spice…all dipped in a layer of decadent Belgian white chocolate (21%) and finished with a scattering of crushed biscuits for added crunch.

The chocolate coating on the ice cream is thin and crisp, with a rich white chocolate and caramelised toasty flavour from the speculoos. The caramel ice cream is smooth and creamy and the crushed speculoos throughout add chewy texture and a light spiced flavour along with the caramelised peanuts that taste like crisper and firmer rice puffs. This ice cream was surprisingly enjoyable as I’m not usually one for white chocolate and caramel, but the lightly spiced and caramelised flavour of speculoos is easy to get behind.
This Häagen-Dazs Caramel Biscuit & Cream – Speculoos contained 3 pieces each of 80 ml. It was produced in France and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2018.
