The beverage was an opaque pastel yellow hue with pineapple bits dispersed throughout. When consumed chilled, a mellow initial sweetness from the fruit juice evolved mid-sip into a richer sweetness that mingled with the tropical acidity of pineapple and the tang of passionfruit. As the sip progressed, the coconut milk became evident, imparting a subtle creamy nuttiness reminiscent of a non-alcoholic piña colada. The inclusion of crushed freeze-dried pineapple proved delightful, contributing concentrated bursts of pineapple flavor and crisp texture, especially as not all the larger bits had fully rehydrated by the end of the drink. Overall, this beverage proved to be a refreshingly enjoyable blend of flavors and textures.
