This Dried Mango is part of the second of the dried fruits available from The Alley Lujiaoxiang.

The strips of mango have a buttery aroma that’s quite unexpected and offputting. Thankfully, on tasting, only a hint of the buttery notes remain, with the mango coming through at the head before a deep honey sweetness persists. Perhaps due to the type of mango used, the characteristic complexity of the tropical flavour that is present in dried mango produced from The Philippines came through only as a hint and is replaced by pronounced honey notes that don’t quite hit the spot.

This The Alley Lujiaoxiang Dried Mango contained 35 g. It was produced in Taiwan and received as a gift in Sydney, Australia in 2021.
