This Arnott’s Tim Tam Messina Honeycomb Chill Me! is the last of the flavours with temperature sensitive packaging that Arnott’s released in collaboration with Gelato Messina in 2018. We weren’t sure what to expect as we’d never seen or tasted a honeycomb flavoured gelato at the store.

Each biscuit is 7 x 3 x 1.5 cm and composed of milk chocolate enrobing two milk chocolate biscuits sandwiching a layer of honeycomb flavoured buttercream.

Served chilled, the Tim Tam tastes much like what we’d expect a Cadbury Crunchie chocolate bar would taste like if it were a biscuit. The biscuit is crisp and light with a rich chocolate flavour, while the chilled honeycomb buttercream melts to a cool and smooth consistency much a rich toffee ice cream. This is one of the more pedestrian flavours released in collaboration with Gelato Messina.
