This Arnott’s Tim Tam Messina Iced Coffee Chill Me! is one of our favourite in the series inspired by the popular gelateria. It featured two chocolate biscuits sandwiching an iced coffee buttercream and enrobed in milk chocolate.

The Tim Tam has a sweet and rich coffee aroma that came through on biting through the dark chocolate coating and the crisp chocolate biscuit. The iced coffee flavour came through mid-bite as the buttercream melts, releasing an increasingly intense sweet iced coffee flavour into the finish that’s restrained well by the barely sweetened biscuit.
