This is the Arnott’s Tim Tam Crafted Collection Moreton Bay Raspberry and Dark Choc. It is made from raspberries grown in Moreton Bay, which is located on the ‘sun-drenched coastline’ and ‘produces some of Australia’s juiciest raspberries’.

Each biscuit is 7 x 3 x 1.5 cm, with the raspberries flavouring a cream that is sandwiched between two dark chocolate biscuits and covered in dark chocolate.

These Tim Tams have a rich, dark slightly fruity aroma. On biting through the dark chocolate exterior, the biscuits have a restrained sweetness and bold cocoa flavour that holds its own against the sweet and refreshingly tart, smooth and luscious raspberry cream in the centre. The overall flavour was fresh and balanced and avoids the slight alcoholic overtones that usually come with raspberry flavoured chocolate. The flavour was not new for Tim Tam, and we prefer the previous Tim Tam Slam version with the chewy centre.
