As a result, the mango flavour leaned slightly harsh rather than smooth, with the carbonation lifting the finish but leaving a lingering thinness and residual bitterness on the palate.

Overall, the drink delivered a promising start but was ultimately let down by the use of artificial sweetener, which disrupted the intended creamy-mango harmony.
