This is Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. First offered in 1984, it’s described as ‘vanilla ice cream with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough’.

The vanilla ice cream base was studded with plentiful chunks of dark chocolate in addition to the chocolate chip cookie dough, with an even distribution throughout the tub. Upon tasting, the ice cream offered a creamy texture with a rich vanilla flavour, though slightly less aromatic than others we’ve tried to allow the chunky additions to take centre stage. The cookie dough provided dense, chewy sweetness with a fine sugar grain, while the dark chocolate chunks offered a delightful contrast with their bittersweet flavour. Overall, this ice cream was thoroughly satisfying, boasting both premium taste and texture.
This Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough contained 458 mL. It was produced in the United States and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2023.
